Effyzzie Music Group powered by Rebel Movement has finally unveiled the hotly anticpted video for Yemi Alade’s hit single ‘Ghen Ghen Love’.

The video was originally premiered at Ozone Cinemas, Lagos with Denrele, Flowssick etc. and a couple of media houses in attendance and met rave and positive reviews; now you can be the judge of the Gambit directed clip.

Epic, Mind-Blowing, Different, Ghen Ghen, Revolutionary, are some of the adjectives that has been used to describe the video.

Watch out for the mermaid scene and Yemi Alade in ‘The Tsunami’ scene.

Arguably the hardest working female in the industry, powerhouse vocalist Yemi Alade is set to unveil her long awaited video for her single ‘Ghen Ghen Love’ just after recently releasing her new singles ‘Bamboo’ and
‘Show Me’.

The Effyzzie Music Group recording artiste announced on Sunday that the video will be premiered at Ozone Cinemas, E-Centre, Lagos by 12:00 (GMT+1) on Wednesday, 12th December 2012. She is super excited, saying “I cannot wait for the world to see it! Hopefully I make everybody behind me proud”.

The Bamboo belter will be giving away tickets for the premiere on radio and Twitter via her official account @YemiAladee. It is also rumoured that she will also premiere the Gambit Pictures directed video coupled with a mind-blowing performance at the Industry Nite on that particular day.

Looking forward to connecting with fans, Miss Yemi Alade will be giving out exclusive clothing pieces from Effyzzie Clothing Apparel as well as autographed CDs and other merchandize at the premiere which will have notable celebrities, heavy weight artistes, and bloggers in attendance. It must be a ritual of something because the video is to be premiered by 12noon on 12-12-12.

Revz is a multi-talented artiste who recently released a song titled Upgrade which generated a much needed buzz for him. The addictive Badass is apparently the rising star’s official debut single which is heavily influenced by afro-beats and pop music is definitely potential club banger.
Revz and BennyBoom (who has produced all Revz tracks) seem to have the same chemistry as seen in combos like Studio Magic and Ajebutter22, Burna Boy and Leriq not forgetting D’tunes and Iyanya. Hopefully we will enjoy more music from these two.
Follow on Twitter via @Revz_MV and @BennyBoom_MV… ENJOY!!!

Christmas is here again! And with it the annual “Magic in the air”….joy, laughter and good will to all (…and yes, in the ideal world). Nevertheless, though time may have passed and many of us have grown old, there still is something undeniably magical about the season. It may be in the songs, the holiday, the excitement in a child’s eyes, or it just might be because we want it to be. This is about the only time of the year when we are allowed to be children again….and that is what Christmas Magic! is all about: Reviving the joys of the season, bringing out the Magic in you because you are the wand and you…are the magic.

To ignite the Magic, nothing like a gathering of like minds ready to remember what Christmas is all about. Loving, Giving, Sharing. So, come join the Christmas Magi on December 15 at the MUSON Centre as a cross-section of artistes unleash their magic and take us down the path of discovery. These include young, old and in-between… and next year, it really could be you. But…back to the present. December 15, we will have Olufunmi, Yinka Davies and Piper MacLeod take us down their path to discovery….heralded by The Magic Ensemble, supported by the Magi Contest. You don’t want to miss it. Green carpet at 5:30.

It’s all about Christmas; it’s all about Magic…the Magic in you!

Christmas Magic!!…be there.

The Christmas Magic! concert is an annual celebration of love, family and life featuring a range of performances from children and adults. This year, guest artistes include Yinka Davies (eclectic performer), Norman MacLeod (Scottish Bagpipe & COO of SINOPEC) and Olufunmi. A celebration that combines art with community development and charitable initiatives in the education sector, this concert will also feature exotic performances in classical, contemporary and jazz genres by Guchi Egbunine (tenor), Irawo (talking drums), Emmanuel Fagbohun (violin), Uduak Nsehe(piano) and the Premiere Clarinet Ensemble.

Rising star and vocal powerhouse Yemi Alade is arguably becoming a household name with the release of her smash single ‘Ghen Ghen Love’ which its accompanying video is set to drop in coming weeks and she takes more strides to seal the deal by releasing two fresh numbers to appease lovers of music.

The laid back hip-hop/R&B influenced love ballad produced by the phenomenal Fliptyce titled ‘Bamboo’, set to affirm the him and the aggressive up-tempo dance track ‘Show Me’ produced by OJB Jezreel. Someone said that Yemi Alade’s ‘kpangolo’ music is what should be put on repeat by DJs in clubs and ‘Show Me’ is a proof to that statement while her romantic side surfaces in the emotional ‘Bamboo’ and of course her amazing voice shines in both songs.

Presented by Effyzzie Music Group and powered by Rebel Movement, these songs are MUST LISTEN… ENJOY!!!

Already rocking various clubs around Lagos and getting its official premiere on Tuesday, the 23rd of October via Power Play on RayPower 100.5FM is this new single as released by NEJ.

NEJ dished out her debut single just a couple of months back titled “Ligali“, on which she featured the “Run Their Mouth” crooner – Jhybo; she’s been on and about her full-fledging musical career over the past months having had performances at the Top Celebrity Awards and also at the Bollyood Human Hair Fashion Show. The sexy diva hits us hard with a song that’s bound to rock, should you follow her lead and rhythm.

NEJ seeks the expertise of Irich [Fresh Beatz], a singer/producer who’s been pretty consistent this year to brilliantly execute the new single titled “Tonight“. This song is a groovy tune which gives us the sassy and free spirited side of this sultry and beautiful songstress. With this, she expresses the beauty, fun and craziness of the night-life; she lets her hair down and allows the rhythm of the music take control of her with lines like “Nwanna biko, chelu kam joli“, which basically is interpreted as “Hold it, I wanna have fun“. Listen up and rock along with this new tune coming from NEJ.

Singer Mr. Byno has announced a new mixtape titled ‘Mr. Byno O’ Clock’ and will be dropping singles off the hotly anticipated release. The one time Nigerian Idol semi-finalist won the recently concluded Amstel Malta Showtime and is undertaking this project to show is love for music and appreciate his dear fan-base; he has unveiled the first single lifted off the mixtape, his take on Trey Songz’ ‘Heart Attack’ which he calls ASTHMA ATTACK. The warfare-esque number shows the vocal prowess of the guitar strumming singer as he soars to unexpected heights, Enjoy!
