We all like to look good once in a while, strike that; every time. TOK™ has taken a bold step to make that possible.

TOK, a new urban clothing outfit in Nigeria, is out with a new and unique product: ‘OMO LAS GIDI’ dogtags.

‘Omo’ in yoruba means child and ‘Lasgidi’ is a slang name for Lagos. So, ‘OMO LAS GIDI’ means “Lagos Child”.

Dogtags are worn by soldiers all the time as a form of identification. TOK has released these dogtags as a form of identification for the people, lovers and hustlers of Lasgidi which is the city that has top celebrities like MI, Don Jazzy, Wizkid, Omawumi, Ice Prince, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, Praiz, and many more.

The TOKtags can be worn anytime, anywhere and with any colour of clothing. It is a product that can last for a lifetime and will not go out of trend. It is your ID on your neck, let the tag do the TOK-ing.

Get yours today and be free to TOK.

Beyonce and Jay-Z’s posh April 4, 2008 wedding in NYC was one of the most closely guarded celeb weddings ever — with few details and no photos emerging from the big day.

Over three years later, however, Beyonce (now expecting her first child with her man) is ready to share one very significant moment from her wedding day: Her dress!

In the video (which debuted on Vevo) for her inspirational anthem “I Was Here,” taped live at NYC’s Roseland in August, the superstar shared personal footage from her life, including her childhood, her early showbiz days, her rise to fame with Destiny’s Child, her mega solo career, charity work not-forgetting her romance with Shawn Carter, 42.

In one brief moment in the reel, an overjoyed Beyonce is revealed in her strapless wedding dress — featuring a dramatic, ruffled train and a tiny waist.

#Random What do you think of Beyonce’s dress?

TL’R ‘AFRO-URBAN’ COLLECTION

Posted: January 27, 2011 in Fashion

Sometime in 2010, a fresh fashion label was introduced to us ‘Aso Klothin Co’, which basically experimented with local and foreign fabrics and specialized in corporate and casual wears ranging from waist coats to T-shirts. Middle way into accepting the brand, Charles Darwin’s Theory of Evolution set in as the fashion label evolved or should I say was reborn as a high class brand ‘Tailor lo’ Run’. It is said that change is constant, and it is argued that dynamism should be considered as strength and not weakness, but we have also witnessed the evolution of the telecommunication company that now goes by ‘Airtel’, yet Barrack Obama used the science of change to enter the White House.
The young designer disclosed that the label was originally founded in the year 2008 and the rebirth is accompanied with the hunger for classy look and wastes no times proving this statement with the release of the tl’r ‘Afro-Urban’ collection. Tailor lo’ Run shortened as tl’r sets the trend, with the retained touch of African fabrics, and this collection is a very strong starting point for tl’r, as the pieces are exceptional and fresh and please do not take my word for it; “Check It, Order It and Wear It!!!”.

Fact: Tailor lo’ Run is Yoruba and when translated to English it means ‘tailor sewed it’.
